We ship orders across the United States. All items are made to order and carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

Turnaround Times

Please allow the following production times before your order ships:

Small orders (1-10 items): 3-7 business days
Medium orders (10-50 items): 7-14 business days
Large/bulk orders: 14-21 business days

Need your order by a specific date? Contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate rush requests.

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 2-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all of our products are custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalized items unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or we made an error on your item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we will make it right — either by remaking your item or issuing a refund.
